APICS Operations Management Body of Knowledge Framework Document

If you haven't already done so I would strongly recommend you download the 2nd edition of OMBOK, which was released on December 31, 2009 (Click on link below).  The download is free (for now) and it is filled with a lot of things that you and your customers will find very useful.  The second edition of OMBOK now includes new features, including two appendices that feature tables illustrating the relevancy of the APICS OMBOK Framework to specific job titles, including supply chain manager and materials manager, and to industries outside manufacturing, such as distribution, health care, retail, utilities, and hospitality.

Even if you don't use it right away I believe you will have a use for it later and it won't hurt to have it in your files.
